Ankita brings to Campus Strategic Partners a data based approach to building the Employer Brand. She leads Employer Branding discussions, helping local and global employers understand, attract and assess talent and develop Employer Value Propositions based on external and internal research practices.
She has led Employer Branding projects for organizations like Procter & Gamble, ADP, Colgate and ExxonMobil. She has also led strategic campus recruitment and engagement projects with GE, Goldman Sachs and Johnson & Johnson.
Ankita's previous experience in South East Asia helps her advise organisations on how to localize their current employer brand for specific markets, specific demographics or specifics departments within the organization.
Ankita holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from New York University and has a strong background in research practices.
